Chess Thrill was born in Porto, Portugal, out of a simple passion: we love chess — a game played for well over a thousand years — for what it is at its heart.
Where Chess Thrill sets out to be different is in how it feels to play. Every detail has been thought through with care: a board that is easy on the eyes, a design that stays out of your way, online games that run smoothly, and learning that happens naturally as you play. Anyone who plays here feels it — everything is exactly where your hand expects it to be. It fits like a glove.
We want Chess Thrill to become a place of reference for chess, from complete beginners to experienced players. So we built what we would want for ourselves: unlimited puzzles, lessons that teach by doing, an opening trainer, forty bots with their own personalities — from players still learning the rules to masters — and live games against people from all over the world.
