• Something not working? Tell us which page you were on, what you did, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps more than anything.
• About a particular game? Tell us the date, the time control and your opponent’s name, so we can find it.
• About your personal data — a copy of it, a correction, or deleting your account? Put GDPR in the subject line. We answer these within 30 days at the latest, as our Privacy Policy promises.

If you are writing about another player, include their username and the date of the game. Every report is read.
